House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) issued a statement today denouncing “the desperate act of the criminal regime” and said the House would support Bush and the international community in condemning the “reckless decision.”

Is Hastert talking about the North Korean nuclear test or Foleygate?  Hard to tell these days…
